Log in

New to HostCloud? There’s no sign-up link on the login page. You create your account during checkout when you place your first order.

Open the login page

Go to clients.hostcloud.in. You’ll see the Secure Client Login page.

Enter your details

Enter your Email Address and Password, the ones you chose when you placed your first order. Tick Remember Me if you’re on your own device, then click Login.

Complete two-factor authentication (if enabled)

If you turned on two-factor authentication, enter the code from your authenticator app.

Request a reset

On the login page, click Forgot? next to the password field. On the Lost Password Reset page, enter your Email Address and click Submit.

Check your email

We send a reset link to that address. It expires after a short time, so use it promptly.

Set a new password

Choose a strong password you don’t use anywhere else.
No reset email? Check your spam folder and make sure you’re using the same email address your account was registered with. If you no longer have access to that mailbox, open a ticket from a new account or email us, and we’ll verify your identity before updating it.

What you’ll find inside

Services and Domains are direct links. Menus marked ▾ open a list of options. The green Open Ticket button is always at the top, and your account settings are in the account menu (your name, top-right).
