Overdue invoices and suspension

What happens if a renewal invoice isn’t paid on time.

If a renewal invoice isn’t paid by its due date, the service moves through these stages:

Days after due date	What happens
1, 2 and 3	Overdue reminder emails
3	Service is suspended. Website, email and server access stop working, but your data is kept
30	Service is terminated and data is permanently deleted

Once a service is terminated, its data cannot be recovered. Keep your own backups and pay overdue invoices promptly.

Reactivate a suspended service

Pay the overdue invoice from Billing → My Invoices. Suspended services are usually reactivated automatically within a few minutes of payment. If yours is still suspended after 4 hours, open a ticket.
